When to Visit – and When Not To
The floor is busiest from 3am to 6am. Quality between stalls selling what looks like the same t-shirt varies enormously, and the difference is in fabric weight and stitching – neither of which you can see in a photo. Minimums here are low, 5-10 pieces per style per color, which makes it a cheap place to test before committing anywhere else.
